Dr. Hawkins is great. When I first started coming to him, it was because he… for 9/11, he was doing the anniversary that year. Everybody was free to come in and I thought, I’m going to try this guy. He sounds like a great guy. And I wasn’t wrong. He is a great guy. He’s very patient. He always says, if you feel any pain, I’m not doing my job, so let me know. I’ve never felt any pain in 20 years. He just does a great job. His staff is excellent. They’re all so friendly. I’ve even brought my wife. I said, you need to change dentists and come here because he’s really good. His chair-side manner is perfect and he just comes in and addresses the problem, discusses what the options are to deal with. He kind of lets you make a decision on which way you want to go and then he’ll either say, okay, we can do that or you might want to consider this. He’s just really great. He don’t lead you into anything that you don’t want to do and he’s just very, very friendly and he’s a great guy to be around. Oh, the quality of care is top-notch. I’ve been to several different dentists in my lifetime. I’ve never really been comfortable with any of them, but the minute I came in here, I thought, this is where I need to be because everybody here cares. They’re kind, they’re courteous, they’re helpful, they’re patient. Having bad experiences at a dentist before, I wasn’t the easiest person to work on, but they helped me, worked all through that and calmed me down and anything I needed, they took care of. So it was awesome. Dr. Hawkins is more than a dentist. I consider him a friend.

People’s good. If you have a problem, they take care of it. When I come here, it’s all the same. You know, they greet you. They’re happy to see you. I don’t know why, but they are happy. They treat you like family. Usually, when you go to the doctor, if you don’t know your doctor, okay, you’re just a number. Here, you’re not a number. You know, they know you. I’ve been coming long enough, okay, so they really know me.
Dr. Hawkins is one of a kind. He’s a nice gentleman. He likes to laugh, kid around, you know, and if you have something to say, he’ll listen to you. First up, he tells you what’s going to happen. It’s no surprise. He’ll tell you how many noises you’re going to hear, but don’t worry about it, you know, and he just tells it upfront. And when he tells you what’s happening, that’s what’s going to happen.
If you have a problem, they address it and they take care of it. And that’s why I’m here. You know, I come today because I’m having a problem and I don’t feel out of place, you know, and when we get done today, that’s where I’ll be going.
The quality of care that I get here is top-shelf. If you come to Hawkins, you’re coming to the right place. If you don’t believe me, get a second opinion and then come back to Hawkins again. I know you will.
I love coming to this practice because Dr. Hawkins has very good bedside manners. That is very, very hard to find in the dentist. And it took me a while to even realize I wanted to even go to a dentist because I had some bad experiences with dentists in the past.
The way he approaches it is he makes you feel real easy and at home, sort of like when you’re sitting down talking to your pastor or going to your mom’s house. He just makes it feel right, homely, and friendly. It caught me off guard because everyone was so friendly. And my wife and I, we drive 35 miles one way to come here.
Everything was just so friendly, the staff, and everything was just so bubbly. And I thought it was too good to be true. And then it just kept happening each and every time, and I’m like, “Okay, they are the real deal.” So I really enjoy that homey-type feeling of making us feel like we’re somebody and we’re important, not just a paycheck.
The quality of care has been 100% amazing. Dr. Hawkins has definitely educated me on the importance of taking care of my teeth, especially when I’m getting up in my older years. And he says, “Hey, I still have all my teeth,” and that’s a beautiful thing. Him and the dental hygienist just told me to just keep doing what I’m doing. Everything will work out great. And so with that, I’m totally on board, and I recommend each and everyone who comes in contact with it, use Hawkins Complete Dental Service.
Carolyn: I was petrified of dentists. And my girlfriend called me at 5:45 one morning and says, “I know you’re awake. Turn your TV on.” So I turned my TV on. She told me what channel. Dr. Hawkins was on, so I sat and watched him, and after he went off, she says, “You want to go out there?” I said, “I sure do.”
It was just something about his demeanor. I scheduled an appointment, and I made sure I told them, I said, “Now let me just tell you, I am scared to death, but I know I need something done.” So I came out, and the thing that impressed me the most was when I stepped inside the sitting area. It was like the room lit up because I walked in the room. They looked in my mouth and everything, and then she says, “Well, we’re going to bring Dr. Hawkins in.”
So they brought Dr. Hawkins in, and first thing he did was shook my hand. And he says, “Carolyn, we’re glad to have you. I understand that you’re afraid.” And there’s something about the way he took my hand. He says, “We’re going to get through it.”
When they got the x-rays and everything and Dr. Hawkins came and he sat down with me, and he says, “We’ve got some work to do.” And he said, “I’m going to tell you what my recommendation is, and then we’ll go from there.” But the one thing that I wasn’t able to do before I came here was give you a genuine, full smile. Now, it’s a matter of saying, turn the light down some because we see all of them. But I love my smile. I love the work they did.
When people talk about my teeth, I say, “I got a great dentist for you.” And I say, “Now, it’s a drive.” And I actually have people who have come in this far. I said, “It’s a drive, but I tell you, it’s worth it.”
The reason why I love coming to Dr. Hawkins is because it feels like a family. You walk in, they know your name, you feel comfortable, you go back, you’ve made interactions with almost everyone that works here. I hate the dentist and it’s probably one of the first places I’ve ever felt comfortable at. Just coming here, I don’t have that anxiety feeling and I don’t mind it at all.
I would say the quality of care is excellent. I always have a good experience. I get things… You know, if something happens and you need to be in right away, they put you in whenever they can. You know, you don’t feel like you’re not a priority.
A recommendation I would say is probably just go and try it. They’re all willing to sit down and have a consultation with you. And if it’s not your thing, then that’s okay, but they’re open about everything that goes on here.
They really want things to be as perfect as it can be. If you aren’t feeling something at all, they’re going to ask you over and over again, “Are you sure that’s what you want?” And they will make sure that you get what you want at the end of the day.
Well, genetically, I knew I was probably going to end up with dentures. And as much as we tried, I’ve had several crowns, I had a bridge, things like that. You know, I was trying to prolong as long as possible getting dentures. And I thought, “If I get dentures, I want it to be late in life,” you know, where it’s not really going to matter that much to me personally. And that’s just not the way it turned out.
You know, my teeth were soft. When we go out to eat, I would have to, instead of looking at the menu, seeing what I’d like to eat, I’d have to see what I was able to eat. And so I’d have to pick things that were softer, that weren’t hard to chew, that, you know, I could eat easily. My sandwiches, I’d even cut them into sections so I could eat. I didn’t have to take a bite out of them and everything.
So that’s when he talked to me first about the implants. And one of my big concerns was I didn’t want my dentures to fall out when I was laughing. I’ve had family members that had that happen. I thought, “Oh, I don’t want that to be me.” And he said, “Well, we could put in these mini implants and that won’t happen.
Originally, I did the bottoms first because that’s where I had the fewest teeth. That were great. And I thought, “Boy, maybe I could keep my uppers, you know, until I’m in my 80s.” And that didn’t happen. Had I known they would fit this well and be this secure in my mouth, I would have done it a long time ago.
When they’re in, I can’t tell the difference between that and my original teeth. You know, I mean, they fit so well. They feel so natural. Nobody knows I have false teeth. You know, they look at me and say, “Oh, you got a pretty smile.” Thanks.
If there is anyone that’s going through the same thing that I went through, and they have issues with their teeth or having problems eating, you know, what they would like to eat and should be eating, I would highly recommend this. I mean, to me, hands down, it wasn’t a bad choice. It was the best choice. I highly recommend it because it’ll change your life for the better.
When they did my top teeth, they knew they were going to have to take all the teeth that were in my mouth out. So they said, “We’re going to sedate you and you’re going to be under for a minute. We need to make sure that you’re comfortable with it.” And I said, “Well, if you put me to sleep, I should be comfortable with it, right?” He says, “If you feel something, we’re not doing our job.”
If it’s an issue of pain, they’re always asking you how you feel. They are very thorough. I think they ask the right questions. I think they get a sense of their patient and they work to their patient’s needs.
When I come in now for my sixth month, I always go out with a clean bill of health. No tartar, no nothing because after this, I’ve learned to do it right. And because I’m not afraid, I come as scheduled.
I definitely found them at a point in time where my health itself was not the greatest and I had to have something done dentally to make sure I was still healthy. And I knew if I didn’t have it done, you know, that we were kind of at a wall. And so I came in, they sat down with me, they answered the thousand questions that I had. It was just a step-by-step journey that they took me through. They walked me through the process multiple times and were just there every step of the way.
We did all the extractions and did a denture at that point. I wore that for months and then they did the implants and then just the final set. But each time if, you know, something fell off, they would just tell me to come in even if I didn’t have an appointment and they would take care of something right away.
I think to let my guard down, the honesty of the process was a big thing because I was obviously scared of the implant process, and it was very just this is what you have to do and if you’re not going to do this, this is your other option. I think I was right out of high school, so being young and needing much of dental work was not the thing for me but they needed a process that I would do over again if I had to.
My happiness is definitely noticed. My confidence is for sure noticed. I carry myself differently. I feel it even if people don’t see it, which they definitely can. A recommendation is to just talk to them, go for it. It’s scary but they’ll make you feel comfortable and they’ll walk you through it.
I had gotten to the point where I could not chew some solid food. So I knew that there was something going on in my mouth. And, of course, I did say that one time I was eating applesauce and a tooth fell out. Literally, my mouth was screaming, “You need to take care of me.” I was not going to get false teeth that sit in a jar in the bathroom that I only put in when I went to church or for pictures. I just made up my mind that I was going to have to do whatever it took. And the beauty of it was after we met with his staff about the cost, my husband looked at me and said, “So what are we waiting?”
If your mouth is messed up like mine was, it’s affecting your health. I love a good meal, I love a good restaurant, I love a good dessert, and now I can eat them without my mouth telling me not to. Because my mouth was in such a state that I could maybe, like, have some ice cream, and if it went down, I was going to have to make some faces as my nerves reacted to the exposure. So now I don’t have that.
I was at another dentist and I had a space in between my teeth, this side over here. And they said, “Man, we put another implant off that side there. What will happen is in time, a year or so, it will be loose and then you’re going to come back again. So what you need is a full plate.” I tell all of you out there, do not get a full plate of denture unless you don’t like to eat because you’ll not taste food ever again. And that is the story of why I’m here.
Like I say, give it a shot, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I got a great smile now. You can see it here. If you feel gussy, get a little gold put in there, it adds to it. It feels good to be able to taste food. Fortunately, I wasn’t in that category. But in my smile, everybody likes my smile. That’s what you’ll get here. You’ll get a lot of charm from people. You’ll love it.
Well, genetically, I knew I was probably going to end up with dentures. And as much as we tried, I’ve had several crowns, I had a bridge, things like that. You know, I was trying to prolong as long as possible getting dentures. Dr. Hawkins has been on me about my front teeth. They were getting thin. They had some filling in it. And I kept putting it off, putting it off, and finally, I was eating a piece of pizza and broke the front tooth, so … It broke on a Sunday. I called and left a message. They called me back Monday morning, got me in. Normally, they were closed, but they were taking patients that particular Monday. It was right before the holiday. And, got me in, got me taken care of, got a temporary crown put in, which was great, because it was before the holiday. I was leaving to go to New Jersey, so it worked out really well.
I’m more comfortable with my smile. With the Invisalign straightening out the teeth, and now the front two teeth being crowned, my smile’s slowly getting better, and I’ll be a lot more comfortable to grin and smile a little bit. From my experience, this is the best place to come. Dr. Hawkins and his staff are fabulous, and like I say, they treat you like family from the time you walk in the door until you walk out, and take very good care of you. And actually, it sounds funny, but coming to the dentist is fun, you know? And I never thought in the world I would say that.
Oh, I started crowns because of an auto accident when I was 16 years old, and I’ve been through many sets of crown. It was all done somewhere else and I didn’t think I could have better crowns than what I had.
This was out of the [inaudible 00:00:12] and I was going to a first-rate dentist at the time. However, Dr. Hawkins made some suggestions to me and said, “We can do this,” and boy, he did it. As far as … I’m very pleased. I couldn’t be more pleased because I know how important a good smile is when you’re meeting someone and it just makes me feel better, as far as looking in the mirror and seeing nice teeth.
When I first started getting crowns, it was a very long, drawn out process and I do mean drawn out. The tooth that was going to be replaced had to be drilled down to where you had just an anchor left and then they had to take the impressions, and then they had to send it off to the lab. And the lab was always somewhere else, like Cincinnati as far as, out of state.
And then you had to wait for it to come back and hopefully, it was what you wanted and that had to be fitted. In the meantime, you had a temporary crown, and as far that, looked temporary, and you had to watch what you ate and all that sort of thing.
My last crown was, gee, as far as you know, a matter of, I think about a week, start to finish and it was just incredible. Even the temporary looked good, and it’s all because Dr. Hawkins really embraces new technologies, new techniques, and I certainly appreciate that because the outcome is great.
Oh, I’ve recommended this to many people because if you have people you care for, you want to share … if you have a good experience, you share that with them. I don’t think I can give a higher recommendation than when you bring your own daughter to somebody to be cared for, and I could have taken her anywhere else, but this is where I think she’s best off.
He’s always worked with my husband and I no matter what we needed. When we first came we needed some dental work done, and he worked with us there. He’s always real mindful about what we can afford and what we can’t afford, and he gives us all those options. There’s been some times that we’ve had to come in, in an emergency situation. He fits us right in, gets us right in, takes care of whatever we need, sends us on our way, and then we always get a follow-up call to see if we’re doing okay.
I was in the dental field for a few years, so I know what they’re going to do. They’re going to put a little numbing cream on. They’re going to give you a shot, and they’re going to make you the most comfortable you can be. There’s never any pain. He won’t let you be in pain. “Are you okay? Are you okay?” They ask you several times during an extraction. There’s been times when I felt a little dizzy or something. They stop, they got me comfortable again. They gave me water, set me up, got me going again, and everything was fine.
He’s just very friendly and he’ll work with you within your means, and he never ask you to go out of that, go out of your comfort zone to invest more than you are comfortable with. But he always tells you that if … when you’re ready to make the next step up, he’s good with that and he’ll work with you then.
So, I tell anyone that to call here and to get an appointment to get in here and let them experience exactly what it feels like to get in here and enjoy the atmosphere of the entire office, not only Dr. Hawkins but everybody here.
Hawkins Complete Dental Service and it really is complete. I brought my sons down here when they were, even before they were teens. Doc put them at ease right off the bat. They were very comfortable with him and his demeanor. The staff really made them feel comfortable. My wife has had some procedures done, she’s had root canals. I think we were expecting a lot of discomfort and a lot of pain for her and for it was like, no big deal. When you talk with other people who’ve had root canals sometimes they’re off work for weeks and she was like ready to eat pizza in the same night, which really speaks volumes of knowledgeable and just how skilled they are.
My boys have both had orthodontia here through Invisalign. Just great experience with that. The whole Invisalign process to me just blows my mind anyway, having grown up in a time when everyone had to wear braces, their mouth was full of metal and rubber bands and all that kind of stuff. The whole Invisalign process was really cool and Dr. Hawkins is the best at Invisalign, there’s just no question about it. I would say to someone who is looking for a good dentist there’s probably a lot of them around. If you want the very best in care, the newest technology and a care level far and above the rest you can come to Hawkins.
I’m 66 years old, and when I was a teenager, probably 16, back then they just pulled everything. I had my two back molars pulled, and there’s just a huge gap, a hole there. Over the years, your bone even deteriorates. I was afraid I couldn’t get them. Like I said, I had thought about the regular implants, but they’re so expensive, and I would have to drive to Columbus. Then I got his ad in the Times Recorder. I thought, I might think about that. Then, like I said, I think it was November, I thought you know what, I’m just going to call him. Just go down. The examination is free, and so is the first set of x-rays, because see if I had the bone, he said, “No, we can do it.” The rest is history. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
I had to eat on one side of my mouth. Do you know what I mean? Because there wasn’t anything, so now … You can crunch on them when you eat. I mean, I’m a vegetable eater, and nuts, and everything. You can eat everything. There’s no pain, no discomfort. It’s just, it’s amazing. It really is. If you’re even thinking about it, just do it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I had lunch with my sisters this week, and told them. One of them, she said, “Oh, I had all my teeth pulled when I was 30.” I’m like, “Oh my goodness.” I was embarrassed about two teeth. But you know what? If I were her, I’d try to save money and get all mini implants, because there’s no reason to go without teeth. There really isn’t. No reason at all.
I think with age you want to try to keep your teeth and I had tried crowns in the past. I think I clench my teeth a lot, so it seemed like a better option to get the implant. Actually, the mini implant, having the tooth extraction, was typical. The implant was easier than having a dental cleaning. I think the anticipation was worse because I had no pain and no after effects from the implant and I wouldn’t think twice about doing it again. It was next to the back and I knew that it was important for chewing, so I wanted something that I could count on and I felt like the implant was the right way to go. I haven’t had any problems. There’s no issues with it. I dental floss the same, brush the same.
Dr. Hawkins is very professional, very caring. The staff is all attentive and kind. No matter what the situation is you know that you can count on them and they do excellent work. Dr. Hawkins is such … he has such a way about him and he’s very caring and he makes everyone feel special. It’s not just an act, he really does care. My late husband had cancer and Dr. Hawkins had to … we attempted to save a lot of his teeth and then he had to have them all pulled. Dr. Hawkins adjusted his schedule to meet ours and I have the utmost respect for Dr. Hawkins and his staff.
I think I’ve had everything possible done. I have had just, of course, a routine cleanings and everything, but then I’ve crowns, and I’ve had implants, and everything. I’m very happy with the outcome. I’m happy with the smile that I have still.
I had had done before, a couple of decades ago, actually, the original implants, the large ones. I take a medication for osteoporosis that causes me to have jaw problems. My jaw cannot support those. I ended up having to lose those, which was very … Dr. Hawkins did not do those. This was before I’d ever met him. That was very hard on me, because that’s a lot of money that I spent and then lost those.
I really didn’t want to go to the mini implants, because I thought I’d already spent money on implants. They didn’t work for me. I didn’t want that done. He convinced me that these would be different and that these would work. I’m happy with my smile, and I’m happy with what I’m able to do. Anything I want to do, I can talk, I can eat, I can do anything. I have no problems with the mini implants. It’s not like I notice that they’re even there.
The people here are wonderful. Everybody is always so pleasant and so nice. Then the care that you get here is amazing, from letting you know when your appointment is … No matter times I can have something on a calendar, I can forget everything. They let you know a few days ahead of time and then again the night before. You have no excuse not to remember it.
Then when you get here, everybody just really takes good care of you. I think the staff, every part of it are wonderful people that work here. I’ve always gotten really good care. They call on me afterwards at home, check on me, make sure that everything went well and that I’m doing fine afterwards. I really think they follow up on everything.
First off, I’m getting braces. It’s like okay. So it was not really that hard to maintain but they were very easy to put on. I mean it hurt not at all. So I was happy about that because I was not really in pain at all. So that was the good thing. He had water picks and stuff like that. So he had stuff to do with that and just certain stuff you can’t eat. Other than that, it wasn’t really that bad at all.
When I get my braces off, I want to … I’m going to smile and just … A smile is usually the first thing that somebody looks at sometimes because you’re looking at their face because of their personality. You kind of can tell that way.
They’re good people and it usually does really work. So it’s painless because most of the time they have other dentist’s offices trying to do other stuff but it’s just simple to them. I always do that at school as well. If they’re talking about braces or whatever, I tend to always mention that.
I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 22 years because of, just anxiety over it, and didn’t want that pain and that hurt, and anyway, I came in. Karelle, who works for Dr. Hawkins, she was just so great. I didn’t even want to open my mouth, it was so bad. I didn’t even want her to see my teeth, and she was like, “It’s fine. Trust me. I’ve seen much worse.”
He just was able to give me a smile back, because my teeth were in such a bad condition, especially my bottom teeth, that I just constantly talked with my hand to my face, and just didn’t want to smile, didn’t want to open my mouth. He gave me that back, to be able to open my mouth again and talk and not feel self-conscious. That’s awesome. Changed my life, really. Changed my life.
They keep you comfortable. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. You’re in your own little cubicle back there. You can watch TV. You can read a book. You can play on your phone. It’s just a comfortable environment. I mean, they’ll offer you drinks, refreshments, whatever. I’ve spent a huge portion of my day here when I was having some work done, and so I just … it’s a great atmosphere, and great people.
I would certainly recommend anybody come see Dr. Hawkins. I mean, he’s awesome.
My wife has sleep apnea and she went clear to Dayton to get an oral device to help her with her sleeping. I told Dr. Hawkins he needs to look into that and a few years later he did that and I discovered that I needed it as well. So I’m very happy that it’s not only helping me sleep at night but it could also be, in the long run, saving my life. I sleep very soundly now and so when I wake up, I don’t have that tired, kind of hungover type of, wish I had more sleep type of efforts. And so I’m real, real happy with results as well as I said, if it’s saves your life, that’s a good thing.
They’re going to find they’re very friendly and outgoing staff that’s going to help you of every phase of what you need, but Dr. Hawkins work is superb and he does a lot of things. I don’t know all the things he does in the practice, but it is certainly what he has done for me, has always been excellent. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hawkins practice to anyone because of his professional care in many phases in dentistry.
I was out of the country a lot because I played saxophone. So what happened was I didn’t really have anyone sticking anything in my mouth for a long time. So it was close to 20 years before anything was done in mouth so when I originally came here, I had a lot of plaque build-up and they had to do a lot of pre-stuff of cleaning up my mouth of like just getting it where it should be because it was so far that really the only thing I could do was brush and everything, but I didn’t have any cleanings or any dental work for 20 years.
So we really started behind the eight ball and then within I’d probably say about within six months to a year, we had that all cleaned up and we got onto the cleaning routine. We had to replace a tooth and get some bridge work. I just had a lot of pain there. And I had it for a while, but I was always afraid to do anything with my mouth because I play saxophone and I had a teacher that when I was younger, that he had some dental work done and he couldn’t play anymore. So, I was very afraid about ever doing it. I actually played with the pain for years.
So then, when I actually came in and talked to them. He made me a little more comfortable. Explained what was going to have to get done and he got me through the fear of exactly what was going on because he always remembers “oh, he doesn’t want anyone doing anything because of the fear of not being able to play.” So he worked around that. Ever since it’s been done, it’s been a lot better. There’s no more pain there anymore. And everything’s actually back to normal playing.
I was off a little while because of just at first I had like hot sockets and I was missing a tooth, but once they had everything bridged and done. It was a lot better. At our church we recommend people to come here. The girls always here from school to come here, but now they’re starting to tell people that need braces to come here too. So we’re very comfortable with recommending anyone that needs dental work to come to Dr. Hawkins.
I love coming here. They always make it very easy for me to schedule appointments because I have a wife with two kids, and it’s just easy to get in there all together and get it all done, so I don’t have to take time off work to see one kid, then see the other kid. It just makes it very easy to get everything done. It’s basically a one-stop shop.
I have two kids that currently have orthodontics and they made it very easy. They sat down and they explained the procedure, what was going to happen, the timeline. They explained what the care they would receive, the appointments they would have to make it. They also set up with a payment plan, which can be scary for some folks. They made sure that you had all the information on hand that you needed before you started the process.
The first told us about the cost and they went over the procedure and what it was going to be. They broke it down for us, detailed, this is … Itemized a list for us, I guess you would say. Then they went over the payment plans. You know, you can put this on your credit card, you can just pay us by check, or they set us up with a company that enabled us. We weren’t able to pay for it all right away, so they set us up with a company that enabled us to make payments throughout the whole process, which a burden off our family.
If I were to recommend this a family, friend, or anybody, which I would absolutely do, the first thing I would focus on is the professionalism of this place. Everybody’s professional, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself, they’re all great people, they’re all very friendly. I see no reason to go anywhere else when you’re treated like family when you walk in the door.
Back, like six months ago, I had to have the rest of my teeth removed. I’ve had teeth pulled, and you dread it. This was not anything like that.
Then, we started fitting me for my dentures after that. I’d had some peridental disease, and I’d lost some teeth over the years, and had some that were loose and cracked. There’s things that you just have to do. Never had had a white smile. My teeth had always been yellow, and that was due to the loss of the enamel. With what I have now, I like to look in the mirror now.
If you want a good dentist that knows what he’s doing, that has a great staff, that is so easy to talk to and tell him what your concerns are, and be able to have him tell you what is gonna happen, then you need to see Dr. Hawkins.
Dr. Hawkins has been our dentist for a long time, and when we came here, he started being sure that we had all of the necessary oral cancer screenings, and made sure that we are here every six months to get our regular cleanings.
I feel like it’s a family environment here. We get great service, and everybody’s super-nice when we’re here. Dr. Hawkins is always very attentive, he seems to care about his patients a lot. When I’ve come in the door, they knew me by name, I don’t really need to sign in, they always my chart ready, ask if Rodney’s on his way, which is my husband, we always come together, and they know us by name, and we feel like we’re family.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Hawkins and his staff to any of my family or friends because I feel like they care, and they give you good care. Think about going to someone that really cares about you, and cares about your treatments, and treats you like a family member.
